Bring two towels — one to sit on inside the sauna and one to dry off with afterwards. We recommend flip flops or sliders for moving between areas. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your session.

Booking is done online through our Bookings page. Simply choose your preferred location, select a date and time, and complete your booking. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

Yes — each sauna can be booked exclusively for your group for up to 10 guests. To arrange a private hire, get in touch via our Contact page and we'll confirm the details with you.

We ask all guests to sit on their towel, shower before entering, keep conversation respectful, and check with others before pouring water on the stones. Phones are not permitted inside the sauna. For the full guide, visit our Sauna Etiquette page.

Avoid heavy meals or alcohol before your session. Arrive well-hydrated and a few minutes early to check in and settle in. Remove all jewellery and reading glasses before entering — it gets very hot inside.

Sessions typically follow a rhythm of heat and cold: time in the sauna, followed by a cold plunge or outdoor cool-down, and then rest. There's no strict schedule — you move at your own pace. Our team is always on hand if you have questions.

We provide private changing rooms, secure lockers, showers, cold plunge pools, an outdoor relaxation area, and filtered water. Everything you need for a complete wellness session is on site.

Yes — we offer memberships for regular visitors and session packs if you'd like to buy multiple visits in advance at a reduced rate. Visit the Memberships or Session Packs pages for current options.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less notice may not be eligible for a refund. For private hire bookings, different terms may apply — these will be confirmed at the time of booking.
