Bristol Wild Sauna opened in summer 2025, transforming disused land in an industrial estate into a welcoming community space.
Bristol Wild Sauna is an affordable urban escape with a handcrafted sauna, rain showers and ice cold filtered plunge pools. We pride ourselves on running sessions at maximum of nine people to ensure total comfort and relaxation.

We’re located in the heart of Fishponds at Filwood House, BS16 3RY, just a short walk from JD Gym and the cycle path.
If you’re driving, please park on Filwood Road – parking inside the complex may result in your car being blocked in. For sat nav, enter Filwood House – our entrance is just 10 feet away, under the trees.
