Derby Wild Sauna is a bespoke sauna, with three state of the art, filtered cold plunge pools set at 4C and 8C. We are the first community sauna in Derby city and the biggest in the Midlands.

We're located at Derby Rugby Football Club, Haslams Lane, Darley Abbey, Derby DE22 1EB. The entrance is on your right as you enter the Rugby Club grounds, next to the club house. If you're driving please park in the clubs car park and for the sat nav just enter Derby Rugby Club.
